Before workshops: We share specific videos as pre-work so participants arrive with baseline context. This means we spend workshop time on application, not lecture.
During guided self-paced: Videos anchor each weekly module. Participants watch, then join a live discussion to apply the concepts to their own work.
After training: The playlist becomes an ongoing reference library. When a team member needs a refresher on Discernment or Delegation, the video is 10 minutes away.
